MediAlarm+ is an iPhone reminder and personal routine-recording app. You add a medicine and schedule, allow alarm access, and record an action yourself. A stopped alarm does not mark a dose as taken.
Alarm access
To receive scheduled alarms, allow alarm access when MediAlarm+ asks. If you previously declined, open iPhone Settings, find MediAlarm+, enable the relevant alarm permission, then return to the app. You can use the in-app test alarm to check the setup.
Camera and scan confirmation
Camera access is optional. If you turn on scan confirmation, MediAlarm+ compares a new camera image with your own saved packaging reference on the device. It does not identify medication and it is not proof that a medicine was taken or swallowed.
Medical safety
MediAlarm+ does not give medication, dosage, or late-dose advice. If you have questions about a medicine or a missed or late dose, contact a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified clinician.
Privacy and data removal
Your routine data stays on your iPhone. You can remove a reference image from a medicine’s edit screen. To remove all local MediAlarm+ data from a device, delete the app. Read the full Privacy Policy for details about local data, diagnostics, and website data.
